Welding Services

Welding is a special process that requires constant monitoring and control through training and repeated welder qualification (coded weld testing). Our services are provided by our 30 year experienced and qualified Trainer, who is also qualified as a PCN Level 2 Welding Inspector and also as a Responsible Welding Co-ordinator.

Training Courses

It doesn’t matter whether your staff are skilled and experienced or the opposite, we have a solution for you. We can provide the following courses from beginner to advanced levels:

MIG/MAGS Welding – dip and spray transfer and synergic processes
TIG welding – sheet, plate and pipe welding techniques including “Walking the Cup”
MMA welding – pipe and plate techniques
Oxy/acetylene and Plasma cutting techniques
Hot Work Hazard Awareness

Our courses range from the basic welding of any commercial materials including aluminium, stainless steel and titanium in the flat or horizontal/vertical welding positions to more advanced welding positions including vertical upwards, overhead and pipe welding in the H-L045 position (ASME IX 6G).

Training courses are designed for you and your individuals. We can recommend an Assessment Day where our trainer will come to your site and set your staff a series of simple competency based tasks. Following the assessment day a Training Plan will be produced and presented for your approval.
