Safe Isolations / LOTO Process
Introduction
This training covers how Lock Out Tag Out is applied for safe isolations and how Control of Hazardous Energy is applied within the LOTO process to stop the unexpected release of a hazardous energy. This course is aimed at anyone who may need to isolate any form of Hazardous energy. This is defined as any electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, chemical, nuclear, thermal, gravitational, or other energy that can harm personnel
Course Structure
This will be a modular course delivered over a ½ (half) Day period. The content of each module will be delivered through a combination of tutor presentations interspersed with written exercises, classroom discussions, tutor questions, delegate questions, and sharing of delegate experiences, with an assessment at the end to determine delegate knowledge and learning.

Certification
