Electrical Skills – ‘On Job’ Consolidation
Target Group: For craftsmen/technicians who have completed both the basic or advanced programmes and need to transfer the skills learnt into the workplace in real-life situations.
Course Content
• Transfer training to the workplace
• Visit site and agree tasks that can be attempted by the trainees
• Produce logbooks to record the tasks completed
• Involve electricians as mentors
• Externally verify the process
Certification: IPB Training Certificate of Competence
Duration: Number of days will vary depending on the ‘on job’ requirements
