Periodic Inspection, Testing and Condition Reporting

All operatives that want to progress to any of the following or similar;
JB grading as an Approved Electrician status, the NICEIC Electrical Contractor status or NAPIT’s Electrical Inspector Scheme, the 2391-52 ensures learners professionally install and carry out initial verification and periodic inspection and testing on electrical installations.

The qualification has no formal entry prerequisites, however we recommend that candidates have competent knowledge of electrical installations and are up to date with current industry requirements.
The course is assessed by one 2 hour multiple choice examination, one short written exercise and one practical assessment.
The Inspection and Testing course covers the Domestic, Commercial and Industry sectors across a range of units as listed below:-
