IAN BROWN – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Ian is a time served engineer with British Aerospace and has been in the technical training business for over 15 years, developing many strong business relationships during that time. Known for his professionalism and attention to detail, Ian is the main point of contact from initial enquiry to course programme delivery. City & Guilds accredited for delivering Manual Handling programmes.

SUSAN BROWN – MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT TRAINER

Susan has over 20 year’s industry experience in Manufacturing, the Service Industry, Public Sector and the Retail Industry. CIPD qualified and passionate about influencing a change in thinking, attitude and behaviours - so that you see real results in improved business performance.

MICK NEVILLE – ELECTRICAL TRAINER

Mick has an extensive background in the manufacturing maintenance industry, specialising in electrical disciplines. Has been delivering electrical training courses for over 10 years and has a reputation for his delivery style and rapport with delegates.

HAYDN EVANS – ELECTRICAL & PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLER TRAINER

Has considerable experience working with Plc’s. Having been an instructor for Siemens in Manchester, he specialises in S5 and S7 controllers. His philosophy is that education is one of the most important elements in life & he gets no greater thrill than to pass knowledge onto others

TONY WINNARD – MECHANICAL TRAINER

Tony is ex forces serving 22 years with the British Army on the mechanical maintenance division. He combines excellent communication and management skills with a high degree of enthusiasm. Trained to build strong working relationships at all levels, he is an influential, approachable person who will encourage and develop trainees.

BARRY MARTIN – ELECTRICAL TRAINER

Barry has over 35 years in the education & training industry. Has vast experience also of the electrical contracting industry and is chairman of a branch of the Electrical Contractors Association (ECA).

ALAN WOOD - ELECTRICAL TRAINER

A Chartered Electrical Engineer with a Masters degree in electrical engineering. Alan has 40 years experience in electrical design, inspection, testing and installation and has represented the UK on industry standard bodies in Brussels and the BSI. Alan is an extremely professional and articulate person who puts the delegates at ease with his thorough knowledge of the industry.

DAVID HOUNSELL - HEALTH AND SAFETY TRAINER

David has over a decade of experience in providing Health and Safety training and consultancy services. He is a Chartered Health and Safety Practitioner and an OSHCR registered consultant.

David has worked in many sectors including facilities and landscape management, construction, local government and educational establishments. David achieved membership of the Institute for Learning in 2008 and is committed to delivering training that engages his students and provides up to the minute content
